Eagles -3. Philly can be special this year. Bradford is undervalued. Fade the NFC South.

First of all, unwind. I haven't given anyone on here a lot of shite. Maybe a little, but you're exaggerating and speaking in absolutes. Which, for the record, is grating.

Now, that said, I don't want (nor need) his help. I asked the question because his brovado doesn't quite jive. He quite obviously considers himself a pro; his vernacular is hoighty, and his attitude is condescending in general. Especially when someone simply has a different opinion on a game.

To make matters worse, little clues surface to the contrary; for instance, when he's all over the Giants last night. When they lose he says he only put down a half unit. Fine, whatever -- but what is this "pro" betting? It's a more than fair question.

I mean, this guy's unit bet is $10 for all we know.

C'mon man. You're not quite ruining these threads, but you're definitely putting a damper on them. It's not always easy to come across as the nicest person through text. Maybe he was being condescending or being a smartass, idk. But I do know that he's usually kind and has said multiple times that he just does this for fun. I get your point about people acting like experts. It might get a little annoying, but for the most part, nobody is trying to call you stupid or be mean. You're making this a big deal when it isn't.

I started 22-7 last year, but would post my plays after the fact, and got destroyed for it. I thought these guys were assholes but after a year and 3 weeks of taking part in these threads, I can tell you that they aren't. Chem and others will help you or talk you through what he/they are thinking. You don't have to follow. And if you post your plays, it will all the there at the end of the week for everybody to see.

Just win. "Square bets" win all the time. I can tell you though, listening to what some of the guys have to say about that subject has helped me tremendously. It's all info, use it. I'm 16-6 this year and can thank some of these "condescending" posters for some of the plays. We're all on the same team here, chill out a little bit

Eagles - Falcons under 55

From everything I have seen/heard about the Falcons new scheme/staff they are going to want to run the ball and control the clock a little more than they have in the last few years, and I think that will help contribute to fewer points for both of these teams, not to mention both defenses should be better this season.

Hate playing under in any games but I respect your analysis and plays. Good luck tonight!
I'll be on sf at home and 2h over most likely for Philly

Especially hate playing the under in a game involving Chip Kelly. Goodluck to you as well.

It's a curious total when the Falcons are such an unknown with a new staff. But their strength is still in Ryan and the passing game so I assume they will have to resort to it.

The Eagles also have an explosive special teams while Hester is still a major return threat for the Falcons.
