having that many picks destroys your draft budget i'm sure. Don't know that they'd have 6-7+ mil to give him, then a mil to all the others.

That Michael Kelly kid looks solid.

I guess he really wants to get knocked out of the post season early for a few years before going pro.

They saved quite a few millions after losing Crawford, Pena and Garza so they could use that extra money for their draft budget. This year's draft is so deep that if I were in Tampa Bay's position, I would worry about the draft budget later. They could always cut costs elsewhere. Maybe spend more in this year's draft and spend less in the upcoming drafts.
