Ok. Just curious to see how well this would go over. I would have to imagine it would work like the LNST or other IM threads on the O-T, but with more serious discussion.

Other than the longer running golf threads (Rate Your Swing, Golf Scores, etc.), let's keep all golf related posts in one area today. I'm interested to see what a culmination of ideas and different questions in a single place in an IM setting turns out (not that the other threads don't turn out that way).

I had a couple of buddies I think used to belong there (or at least called it a home course). Said it was amazing, but I've never played there.

I'm in the market for some new irons. I went to Edwin Watts and hit AP1, AP2, and Ping i20. The guy at EW suggested I go with a "game improving" iron set. He said AP1 or the i20 would be a good fit for me. Does anyone play either of these irons? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Im either going to stop and play Pelican Point or hit LSU some time today.

WEAVE- when you overlap your fingers on a putter, which finger is on top? Right pinkie or left pointer?

The AP1's are good clubs, and I've heard positives about the Ping's. Can't go wrong with either.

That's what I'm doing, but I've heard people doing the opposite.

With the ap1 6 iron I had a 20 degree launch and with the i20 I was hitting about 16 degree.

Putter grip is really comfort and what allows you to release the putterhead the same way everytime. Whether it's a traditional overlap, reverse overlap, double reverse, left-hand low, claw, etc.

I'll probably play 9 at bridgeview in Columbus today after 5. $7 walking 9. That's a nice deal.

I've tried a few out at stores and the more I hit them, the more I like them.
