FL State would have got its doors blown off. Offense couldn't score. It was the right decision

So you only give them 2 games to figure out their offense? Really only one since the QB who would start for them in the playoffs didn’t play yesterday. Their defense would keep them in the game no matter who they played.

McElroy is just as stupid. Can't believe Rece let him off the hook on his 2018 talking point.

Right.

The selection protocol didn't change.

They fricked yo with the awful performance and inept ability to do anything on offense last night versus Louisville

They were playing their 3rd string QB. Most folks expected them to lose…..and he goes out to win it and they get frick all to show for it?

I can maybe give that argument of overall performance a couple of inches if credit if not for one important fact: 2nd string was out for concussion protocol. He most certainly will be back for any future games.

Yeah it was so annoying that this wasn’t more discussed

Honestly the fact that they won out after Travis got hurt is a testament to how good the rest of that team was

I'm betting most coaches think this is a travesty.

Well, all coaches other than Saban.

fricking BS. The only reason they did this was so the lunatic gumps wouldn't commit suicide because of a football game.

The old BCS formula had this.

1.) Mich.
2.) Washington
3.) Bama
4.) FSU
5.) Texas

They basically kept Texas ahead of Bama with an inferior resume so they could push them in, the BSC did not factor head to head nor should it, its a season long resume, the AP and Coaches Poll factors those in, then the computers don't and you combine them.

Sorry, the Big 12 is not the SEC, just because you have a head to head loss early on should not trump whose schedule is better. The Computers do not lie.
