I can't believe in the last year of this format, that the committee didn't just default to the easy copout, and do FSU over Bama.
With Tex beating Bama in Tuscaloosa, and FSU beating LSU as equally as Bama did, also paired to a road win in the Swamp..
They would've had an easy out in telling a Saban/Bama full of Natties in their back pocket..sorry..try again next year.

I think this is a Alabama thing more than an SEC thing. I don't think a 1 loss LSU would get the same treatment. FSU would be in. FSU is ahead of a 1 loss Georgia.
This all about Alabama. Lets be real you could say the same thing about Texas whose big win is over Alabama. Hence they get in too, because they beat the mighty Alabama! God's gift to college football.

I don't think so. I would bet if our only loss was fsu and we beat bama and Georgia we'd absolutely be in.
