So, after twenty years or so, when we all look back at Tiger's career in its entirety, will Hank Haney's attempt to modify/change Tiger's swing be given equal credit(along with the scandal) for his drought?

I think Tiger going back to smashing pancake waitresses in dingy bathrooms has more to do with him being back than swing

I've been saying Haney's swing would be his downfall even when he was winning. He was winning in spite of his golf swing, which is ridiculous. Once that mental edge and the ability to will the ball in the hole was gone, he struggled. Now his swing is 1000 times better, and here he is again, about 2 years after the coach change, which is pretty much in line with the prior changes.

This looking very promising heading into masters. He finally looks comfortable and not afraid to swing the club.
