Its not going to happen, but it’s hard not to go all chalk this weekend.

I think the teams with the best chance at an upset are Auburn and FSU.

No mid-majors to root for, sad

they had their chances

Loyola-Marymount was 2-0 in the Los Angeles Regional
Illinois State was 2-0 in the Louisville Regional

neither could get that last win to get them into the Supers

ECU

think he's looking for that mid-major that's also a Cinderella story

like 2008 Fresno St... a 4-seed from the WAC that went on to win the whole damn thing

a National Seed doesn't have the Cinderella story attached to it

Funny that the “scrappy underdogs” are Duke, FSU and Michigan.

For me, pulling for those three schools is like pulling for Russia in the Olympics.

Actually, I’m sorta pulling for Michigan to get UCLA out LSU’s bracket.

yeah... weird thinking of a power 5 as a "scrappy underdog"

esp. FSU... who is typically a baseball giant

I agree with you there... esp with Michigan being a northern school... they typically lose all the winter preseason on-field reps because... you know... northern winters

they basically spend the 1st half of the season catching up to the number of reps southern schools have on them

why northern schools spend a good portion of the early season down south

We had a Campbell/Quinnipiac winners bracket game and neither of those teams could get it done.

How could I forget about that... duh

that was East Carolina's regional that was rain delayed by a day

true Cinderella mid-majors had 3 chances to get rid of ECU and couldn't get it done

I'm pulling for LSU, Arkansas, and, to a lesser extent, Mississippi State.
