I am fine with this.

Throw $300 mil at Rendon, Jon.

You think he gets that much less than Arenado?

I know six years is two less than Nolan, but I don’t believe Rendon couldn’t get more than $200 mil.

Well he doesn't want to play into his mid to late 30's... 25-30 million a year is what he will get and I believe he is comfortable in Washington

No he’s not. He’s not a fan of their ownership and how they run the organization and wants to be closer to home. He wants to go to Texas and it will happen if the money is right

Everything I've read from media States he is happy in Washington and enjoys the team. Even googling "Anthony Rendon unhappy" and "Anthony Rendon unhappy in Washington" nothing really pops up.

It’s not public knowledge. He’s not one to make a stink

He isn't one to make public, but again I'm curious how one would know this information if not public. No one on twitter reporting the "experts" give the Nationals the highest possibility to resign, etc.

I hate post like these
quote:

Pomeranz deal underscores how good the Rays have been at building their bullpens. TB ranked No. 1 in bullpen ERA last season, and its entire bullpen combined made less money than Pomeranz's signing bonus of $8 million. Pomeranz's deal is bigger than any FA signing in TB history.

Mark Lerner is cheap and doesn’t do the little things that make a difference to some players. For instance, after the Nats closed out STL in the playoffs this year, he would not charter a flight back to DC that night so that the players could be with their families sooner. He made the players stay overnight in STL. Didn’t sit well with Rendon. Not the only thing he took issue with during his time in Washington

I'll news to me and apparently, others since I can't really find it. I mean Learner has approved the contracts of Corbin, Max, Howie, etc so he doesn't exactly come across as cheap.

Again, you can’t find it because it isn’t public. I didn’t mention contract frugality bc it’s not about the contract. He’s not going back to Washington. Texas Texas Texas

Got you, again I like a link from a reputable source but still we shall see.everything links him back to Washington unless a team comes with a serious contract. Rangers are the next team on the list.
