What advantage does cutting the field in half on a rollout give you if the defense knows it's a pass throughout the entire play?

UW should just punt in 1st down to avoid wasting a couple of minutes on offense. See if the defense or ST can get another score.

gilmore was the one saying early enrollees are a shame to college athletics because it puts football over schooling. Which makes no sense
