My wife's sister. It was in Austin on Saturday and we took the time to hang out in the city for an extra day because Austin is lots of fun. We drove back late and I missed the Pens-Jackets game in its entirety. Heard it was a good one. Malkin with a hatty?

I was at my gf's parents house, they go to bed at 9:30 usually, but they stayed up.
It was the first hockey game her mom ever watched and it was a CBJ snooze-fest for the first 50 minutes, then all hell broke loose.
I really thought that we would score goal 4. Fluerry actually ALMOST went behind the net with less than 30 seconds left, but got to the side of the net and hightailed it back into the crease.
I almost died.
Malkin was on fire though, you could see it right when he got his first goal. He was clearly the best player on the ice.

Malkin is pretty f'n awesome. I saw the highlights but honestly, I didn't see a second of the game. Apparently, Bylsma put Malkin and Crosby on the same line? Ballsy decision. Who was the center?

You'd have to ask Hog, I wasn't paying that close of attention to the Pens.
Fluery would have been roasted over coals if he let a fourth goal in, the CBJ had about 4 minutes to put the equalizer in and had three solid chances.
It was a fun 3rd period.
