separate from the game itself, what are the aspects of professional sport that the most challenging?
baseball, long road trips
football short time to recover from injury before next game
basketball the night after night grind or sitting and not playing for weeks then being in a critical point
Hockey..?? hell those guys might have to be in the best shape,, constantly moving..
thoughts?

In a vacuum..
• Dealing with NFL injuries when you’re not a star
• Staying available and getting outs when you’re not a top line pitcher
• Playing back to back nights in the NBA
I’m not sure if I even answered your question fully and I damn sure don’t know if I’m right. But that’s my guess.

As someone who hates to travel it has to be that. I can't imagine how much time they spend on airplanes and at hotels. Even for millions sounds miserable.

It's the Sunday to Thursday night turnaround in the NFL. It's ridiculous. The players hate it. They literally practice one day during the TNF game week because the other days are spent recovering and traveling

I think the most challenging thing is for pro wrestlers... Having to wrestle your best match with everybody watching and with 100% honest effort when the script says you're gonna lose.

I played rugby and it’s pretty intense conditioning wise, also it’s a given you’re going to be bruised up.
