We were number 1 against the run for the last year and a half and yesterday we totally got owned on the ground.

Maybe it was because we were missing Klein and Alonzo but who knows

Don't let the fact the Saints had 10 days rest off of playing the baby soft Falcons vs. the 49ers traveling east again after going cross-country to play the most physical team in the league cloud your judgement.

A rested 49ers DLine will work Brees in a playoff rematch.

5 teams in the NFC will all have a shot to win the conference. I don't see anybody getting blown out except perhaps Dallas/Philly. I really think any of the other teams could beat each other. The Saints beat Seattle away with a backup QB. Seahawks have beaten the 49ers closely. 49ers beat the Saints in the Dome. GB got blown out by the Niners, but they could very well have home games at Lambeau in January which will give them a boost.

I was slow to buy in as well but they have a legit claim as the best team in football, you are a fool.

The playoffs are going to be amazing this year

Take the purple and black tinted glasses off. The Saints defense has a bad day. It happens to everybody.

So the Saints D just had a bad day but the Niners D was exposed?

Correct. Not sure why my post was downvoted so much.

Falcons are always tough, it’s a rivalry plus division game.

Also, pretty sure the 49ers stayed on the east coast.

Saints OLine is one of the best in the league & they handled the Niners DLine pretty well.

Saints win in a rematch.

Their offense is just a misdirection/window dressing salad. Works okay sometimes (especially with the massive ref assist they got today) but gets exposed in the playoffs. Jimmy G is not a good QB, feel free to downvote away, but it’s the truth.

LOL

Edit: The 49ers just played Seattle, Green Bay, AT Baltimore and AT New Orleans in the 4 out of last 5 games.

Not to mention back to back cross country road trips in the last two weeks.

They just went to the Superdome, gave up 3 TDS on the first 3 Saints drives, came back and won.

They are legit.
