This

I know people who swear they saw him shoot someone in the French Quarter nearly a decade ago.

Not to mention the illegitimate children he has running around.

I give him credit. He's a hell of a LB and an even better actor. I've never seen someone clean up his image like he has.

Amazing how Vick got and still gets so much hatred for harming dogs. Yet we have athletes everywhere who harmed actual human beings and it gets ignored.

I like Ray Lewis,
however its always has baffled me how the streets dont view him as a "SNITCH"

he testified against two of his boys to get a lesser charge...

Yeah

Expensive, fancy clothes you were wearing to the night club don't mysteriously dissapear or get misplaced like Lewis's did...

If he weren't famous, he never would have charges brought against him. Pretty much everyone agrees he was the least culpable person there, he testified against his boys who committed the act, and he's the only person from that night who got a criminal record out of it. Had he not been famous, the cops likely don't even pursue charges against him.

And while I think he was a very bad boy, I think this is one of those defining moments of his life in which he honestly did become a good person. He's done a lot in the city Baltimore without much fanfare. He's probably the most community engaged athlete in Baltimore sports history since the days of the Colts.

He deserved a criminal charge, which he got.

A million other athletes say hi.

And a hell of a lot more people know about Michael Vick and his crimes than Rae Carruth and his crimes.

Like I said DVR "a football life", everybody has life defining moments.....he actually is a great father.....they followed him for a whole year.

If you think you know ray Lewis and his perspective, you don't until you watch it.

Snitches get stitches. Ray didn't snitch. He plea bargained with his buddies and payed them and their families to take the heat.

He also got rid of the most damning physical evidence in his blood covered suit.

I love Ray. The people killed/injured were street thugs just like Ray's entourage. They all had rap sheets and weapons on them.

Let's assume for a moment that I think Ray Lewis is guilty of murder, has a bunch of illegitimate kids, and is generally a POS that has been covering up all this and rehabilitating his image for the last 15 years or so. Why would I listen to his spin doctoring?
