Oh wow that's bad. Don't tell me that's "letting them play." That's the Kansas refs at home giving them a little help no doubt.

Baylor isn't anything special this year, A&M beat them by 20 and it wasn't that close. Kansas slaughtered them as well.

The game was evenly called. Not always well called, but even

I would argue terribly called but evenly. I am thinking of 6 miserable calls off the top of my head. Three for each team

Eta: and I'm talking about the Oklahoma @ Iowa state game. Won't carry as much hype but a win there is almost as meaningful as the game tonight because Kansas will likely lose in Ames and norman

The game I'd love to see this year is SMU KU I think SMU can hang maybe win but KU would have more depth.

SMU OU Nic Young will get worked by Woodard.

Wasn't that game in Lubbock? Texas is like the old Penders teams at home.

I haven't been to Allen since Nick Bradford Sr year. I'd like to go again.

Spent 2 years in Lawrence. Wasn't a fan of the program or school and eventually transferred out, but as a sports fan, it was hard not to enjoy watching games there. One of the coolest things was my freshman year my roommate and I just walked into AFH through the parking garage. Thomas Robinson was the only person in there and he was just casually shooting around in his street clothes. My roommate played football and knew T-Rob so we just walked out there and all shot hoops for 30 minutes or so. Sitting in Allen Field House with one of my buddies shooting hoops with T-Rob and being surrounded by the history that is that building was pretty unique.

I haven't been to Allen since I was like 5. Been to about 10 kansas road/neutral site games (basically any time they were near he southeast) since then. Will probably get to Lawrence in the next 2 years but it's tough. I work in rec/pro sports and work most weekends unfortunately

Haha sorry didn't mean to make it sound better than it is. I have a small and relatively insignificant gig with the cincinnati reds that I work during baseball season but I also work in recreational sports as my main job. Most of our big hours and work involves the weekends as that's when people are playing. Still waiting on that call from Ronnie Mexico for my role in dc uniteds front office. I'm young and just putting in the hours wherever I can

My buddies are doing this currently for a minor league hockey team. All about exposure and experience in that field. I applied for a job with the OKC Thunder last year. I had a network contact and everything and the recruiter said they just don't hire people without the experience. Most started in their college athletic department or in an independent baseball type role. Good luck moving forward. Definitely have to cut your teeth.

Oklahoma has the best player by far but I think Kansas has the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best players in selden, mason, and Ellis.

This was my take on the game. What a blast, though KU should worry about the fact they had the ball and a chance to close the game out in regulation, OT, and 2OT, yet failed each time. Not the biggest of deals, but when your rep is choking in the clutch, that was a bad omen. Otherwise, a terrific game (that was poorly officiated both ways).
