Does West still yell "AND ONE!" everytime he shoots? That was the most annoying thing when he played for NOLA.

Yes he does. And he still looks to the nearest official with the facial expression of someone that just drank his own piss when there is no whistle.
And he still does the same thing on the defensive end whenever a whistle gets blown

West has a boxing background, hence the "tough guy" label. One commentator mentioned it during a tourney game while he was at Xavier and thus the tough guy label was born
