If it's true that she really didn't identify him until January, it could be evidence of a larger credibility problem. Her attorney hasn't disputed this part of the time line. If they didn't agree with that point, I would suspect they would have made it public.

I get that to some degree. But how does she then know in January who did it? There's a missing piece here that we don't have. It's obvious Winston was there. And she identified him as being there. Why the delay in identification?

I can't answer that. I don't know what happened. Maybe someone else told her.

maybe seeing Winston on the sidelines?

There is a tweet floating around where someone she knows says *months after the incident* "Stop being a negative nancy. He's the reason we're winning. Stop being bitter lol"
This was in Sept. I dont know why her friend would use the word "bitter lol" to a friend whose claimed to be raped by that football player in less than a year.
WIth that said. In fairness...Maybe she never told the friend all the details of that night.
Then again. Maybe she just has shitty friends.
