they confirmed there won't be any charges even though the SAO is still waiting on several things? Sounds like more FSU rumors. Like the ones that said charges would be dropped today, and the ones that said charges would be dropped monday...

Couldn't care less whether you believe me or not.

This is a well established source close to Jameis's family.

Very interesting. I don't know how you vote for someone who MAY get charged with something so serious

He'll be fine for the Heisman. He has such a commanding lead according to the recent polls, he would have to really shite a brick in one of the next two games.

Not to be a conspiracy theorist.

Lets say they have deemed him innocent.

But figure "Him losing the Hesiman.....should be good enough punishment"

One of those let it hang over his head things...because even though he cant prove guilt...he does have some responsibility for what went on that night (just by getting involved with her)

Just throwing it out there. Again, only if they already feel he's technically "innocent"

Its not about how he plays...

Some have already determined they are leaving him off the ballots even there is no decision on whether to charge him or not..

Heisman Trophy is no longer legitimate if a winner got charged with rape soon after winning. You can't vote for him.

Do you not agree with that?

Yes. Oftentimes the DA will tell the person of interest, "Hey, we're not going to charge you. But we have to drag this out in public for a bit still. You'll be good to go in 2 weeks."

One Florida Dynasty ?@OneFLDynasty 1h
SA's office now saying no #Winston decision on charges until after ACC Championship, "waiting on evidence to come in". Has to be e-records

James Graham P. ?@JamesGrahamP 1h
@OneFLDynasty Obviously isn't evidence related to the sexual encounter itself. Physical and testimonial evidence long since gathered.

So, which is it? Waiting on e-records or no charges?

Good point. If the TheOcean and the family know there are no charges, why even waste time getting the e-records?

It's both. Heard it from a guy who is close to the Megg's gardener. The gardener is a retired lawyer so Meggs will get advice on how to handle cases from him.

He ain't getting charged. They have the rape kit, the police reports, social media and telephone communications, pictures, toxicology reports, interviews, etc.

Why would the State Attorney allow Winston to play 3 or 4 more games while knowing that the evidence indicates that he raped someone? Does not make sense.

What does make sense is that they are building a false report case.

Ya'll can't figure that one out on your own? The explanation is pretty simple.

It's good news for Winston and FSU. Does not mean he is in the clear yet but like I've said before, Meggs knows whether or not there were bruises on the accuser from the medical report. If there were bruises along with the fact that there is a DNA confirmation that would be plenty enough to charge him. I'm just glad that Meggs is giving this a fair shot before charging him and ending his season. He might still get charged, but the evidence could be significant enough to clear Winston with or without a trial.
