Another lucky break for bama just, like Colt McCoy getting hurt in first series , Boise missing chip shot FG and Okie St. Shitting the bed on stormy Thursday night..
Looks to me like Urban Myers and the Ohio State Buckeyes are the ones getting the break.
(when only considering the BCSNC aspect)

It truly is disturbing the lengths that these FSU fans will go to in order to attack a probably rape victim and justify Winston's actions

Haven't you guys been saying this for the past couple of days. Each morning you say the case is about to be dropped or that she is about to drop it and that never happens.
Yes. They have.

You guys are literally worse than Penn State. I have never seen this kind of vicious attacks on a possible victim and the height of delusion you've ascended just to some how keep Winston on the field to play football. You guys don't care if he's really a rapist, you just want him to win you football games and will latch on to anything anyone online says which supports this.
Message board fans aren't a good representation of an overall fan base. And I haven't seen anywhere near the delusion that surrounded Pedo State.

Check out the nonsense on 247's FSU board and their college leak stuff. It is very disturbing. All nutjobs like TheOcean and very much Penn State level if not worse because she could be the victim and they are treating her like she is the predator.
I will say it's just funny seeing how these guy's stories continue to change and change, adapt and adapt yet they accuse her of this; ;truth his she hasn't.
Remember when they were holding on to the height description saying he never had sex with her? What about the pictures of the girl who wasn't her they said definitely was? The daily "case will be dropped" posts all the while her lawyers are hammering harder that it was rape (while FSU's lawyer seems to be attempting to plug hole after hole).
Everything Jameis supports have done so far has be reactionary. Learning a new fact and changing the new story to fit the fact. The FSU lawyer is being reactionary as well. Everything from the possible victim side has been consistent and direct though.

that isn't true. The witness affidavits were signed before the DNA test, so his story has probably being consensual the entire time, or he's in deep deep shite.
The difference is that he has a legitimate attorney calling his shots instead of a family friend going to the media.

Yeah, I'm worse than Penn State fans because I support a player who hasn't even been charged with a crime.
Kindly go frick yourself.
You, sevendust, and league champ might be the three biggest idiots on this site.

I don't think consistent is the way to describe this case at all. It is a very fluid situation and those of us on the outside are essentially watching a parade through a knothole.
I don't mind hopefulness or optimism regarding the charges. They're fans. They're rooting for their team. As long as it doesn't turn into slut-shaming or the denigration of the accuser's character without basis, it's all good.
I think that the majority of people want justice. They have just bought into the media persona that has been presented of their quarterback. And almost none of the athletes on our teams have their real personality presented to us as fans.
Verne never comes on the TV and says, "Well, the State QB is a huge douche and a pussyhound." They always say, "We got to spend a couple of hours with him the other day, and he's a delight!" It takes a while to learn that sometimes the media presentation of our heroes isn't accurate. And then the denial is first, then the other stages of grief follow.

While your assessment of the whole case has been pretty much spot on I think we should hold out judgement for both the victim and Jameis until we know all of the facts.

You're the one who is calling her a probably rape victim. Grab the ropes and lets hang the boy

There is a difference between optimism and what these FSU fans and PSU fans have said and done. Some of them have tried their best to destroy this girl's life only because they want to win and she could truly be a rape victim.
That is disgusting.

I said his supporters have been reactionary. Their story has changed from he never had sex with her to now he had a threesome or foursome and took pictures. It is ridiculous.
I thought they were all insiders who knew what was going on. How come these "insiders" seem to be always wrong?
His lawyer also has been reactionary. If he is a legitimate attorney, then he isn't doing it right, because if it was consensual from the beginning any attorney worth their salt would have gotten ahead of the media and told them it was consensual earlier on before the DNA test. He never did, UNTIL the test came back positive. Now he seems to be running back and forth plugging holes.

I have said this entire time she is a possible victim. I will admit that I have been venomous toward Jaemis though because I feel something happened bad that night. From the police department intimidating the alleged victim and her lawyer to the cover up and Jameis not speaking, then all of a sudden his lawyer being very cooperative once they find out the DNA test matches it just comes up as strange and peculiar.

Yes. I agree with that. There has been some horrible stuff over at ACB and I haven't ventured to rivals or anywhere else. The stuff here has been pretty mild stuff, IMO. It is the internet and almost all fanbases have these whacko elements in their fanbase.

As a Bama guy, I know first hand about the fanbase whacko element. However the extents these people have gone to attack her and her family is disgusting.
They have taken this thing to far. If she was raped last winter, it is nothing compared to the rape these FSU predators have done to her family and their name.

Another thing. People wonder why real rape victims are timid and just want to compartmentalize, forget and move on.
These disgusting attacks on what could be a victim is why.
I'd understand if she came off as a money grabber (as a former athlete I hate that), but she hasn't. She immediately reported, got tested, then got intimidated and tried to compartmentalize and run from it till it got brought back up and her life basically got destroyed again.
I just don't see how people can love winning so much when this truly could be a rape victim, which they've ignored every fact from.

Why the support for the player and not the girl? Would you do the same of this girl was a relative or friend? Just wondering.....

bullshite. He should be providing as little information to the media as possible.
Providing exclusive access to TMZ and sending out silly PR statements on blank letterheads is certainly not the way to go

Well he knows a lot more about the player than the girl and has watched him the entire year.
I can't imagine her tweeting @fsucleatchasers helping her case at all
