Im assuming FSU has text records clearing JW.
Similar thing happened to Shembo last year. Gril cried raped and then killed herself. Although the text records indicated she was the one pursuing Shembo, not the other way around.

Travis Johnson says he knows exactly who Willie Meggs is. He certainly knows, perhaps better than just about anyone else, what Jameis Winston may be dealing with right now.
Ten years ago, Johnson was a Florida State defensive lineman charged with sexual battery by Meggs' office. He was accused of forcing himself on an FSU female shot putter, with whom he'd previously had a relationship. His family hired an attorney. He vehemently proclaimed his innocence. He said he took and passed three lie detector tests. He presented evidence and experts who said because of a recent surgery, he couldn't possibly have held anyone down.
"Meggs charged me anyway," Johnson told Yahoo Sports on Wednesday. "Just like I believe he's going to charge Jameis. He wants to prosecute Florida State players. He is obsessed with attention and wants big cases."
The State Attorney has repeatedly defended its decision to try the Johnson case, saying it was a case of he said/she said, and there was no ulterior motive in bringing it to trial.
After two days of evidence and testimony, however, Johnson won an acquittal from an all-female jury that needed just 30 minutes of deliberation.
"I talked to the jury," Johnson said. "They didn't even need that. They spent five minutes going to the bathroom, five minutes laughing about the evidence. The trial was a joke. Meggs knew all of that. He never should have charged me."

From everything that we know is out there, especially the alleged picture of Winston being intimate with the girl at the night club is that she took it willingly. However other parties(teammates) may have gotten involved one of them being around 5'11.
I've been around this were a girl wanted to be involved with a particular guy but the guy really didn't care one way or the other so he tries not only to get it himself but set his guys up. I have a buddy who when he gets approached by OT 4-5 or below calls me and tries to set up a train. It never works but it's ok cause he doesn't want them anyway.

The ND linebacker who was accused sexual assault of some sort by a young lady who subsequently killed herself.
Contrary to the poster's statement, Notre Dame has never released any information on the incident or their handling of it. So, his assertion that they had text messages is just fodder for boards like this.

The FSU side hasn't sweated since this whole fiasco began. If he's charged, he's charged. Meggs's son will suffer the consequences when Winston is found NG, though.

Not publicly, there was no need. However, ND did release info to the proper authority to clear Shembo. Also, it wasnt the first time the girl accused someone of sexual assault.
IF FSU is as confident as some are suggesting, Im assuming they have rock solid evidence, such as a text exchange.

Like someone else said, the girl in the picture isn't her. Even if it was, how in the hell does that picture lead anyone to the conclusion that she willingly had sex with him? Also, I think the height thing is over blown. Obviously if she were referring to Winston she was off, but I doubt she pulled out a measuring stick while having sex with Winston (voluntary, or non-voluntary).

Texts indicating that she was interested in him don't mean shite. What if she was in the moment and changed her mind or felt pressured and JW or mystery 5'11" dude didn't take no for an answer? Rape
