That is the rumor. You don't really know what happened.
Claiming someone has raped you before doesn't mean anything unless the prior allegation was proven false or retracted. The number of rapes and sexual assaults that occur in this country guarantees that some women will be victims multiple times. Criminology and sociology would also support this.

If she texted him after the alleged "rape" took place with any sexual interest then her case takes a big hit.
I have no idea why FSU feels so confident, but text messages are a huge piece of data to potentially clear JW. That is why I lol'd at your comment that "text messages dont mean shite"

Yea it is... yet we have no idea if they have any texts / phone records , etc. People are just suggesting they do. But we have no idea.

Well if a text the next day says "thanks for the bbc" or something yea I agree.
But texts before the act indicating they knew each other or hang out sometimes doesn't mean a rape couldnt happen.
