Hmm, I dunno but whether it's intentional or error it seems this case sure does have a LOT of mistaken identity wrapped up in it...maybe this goes in that file?

I don't care what some 24/7 insider says or what 4chan is saying about this. The facts as the police and we know them don't line up with that story.
She was supposedly raped around 2:00 AM and was at the hospital getting a rape kit test done and being interviewed by the police almost immediately after the alleged incident occurred.

The shite they spewed after the Boston Marathon bombings was ridiculous.

Imo, tallahassee police is the only one on trial here. They had every reason to investigate and didnt until state authorities said, "hey, why is this not resolved?"

Oh yea heads will roll with the Detective, TPD, and anyone else that had a part of "covering up" what happened, failing to investigate a rape claim, and giving evidence and info to the FSU lawyer right after it happened, but not to the girls legal team at all.
If he was innocent and the TPD did everything correctly this they were supposed to, all of this could have very well been over months ago. Yet the fact that they failed to do so many things, and did things for Winstons lawyer but not the girls legal team mucks this up so much and all that makes it look like something illegal did happen.

Doesn't even matter if she did. There are plenty of reasons why they could have met up post incident. They probably knew each other before, but that doesn't mean a rape didn't occur.

And from all the info that has come out so far, I do think he is guilty. I just dont believe the rumor started by some poster of 4chan that they met up after she was raped...
And if the girl knew him before, she would of been able to tell the police exactly who it was that raped her. And she said she didnt know him before too.

The picture those clowns were circulating was proven to be false, because it wasn't even her.
The same people which said she was the blonde in that original picture are the same ones coming up with these straw grasping rumor after rumor, each one worse than the previous.

A twenty something year old girl involved with a highly touted football player, you have no idea how they will react. It's probably pretty easy afterwards to be convinced that she is the one in the wrong here by multitudes of people who have strong interests in protecting Winston. I'm talking about the picture Jbeam posted a few pages back, which is likely just some FSU fans taking a picture with him.
The site it came from will probably try to turn a picture with fans into a story, when he more than likely wasn't involved with any of those girls.

IF that is the girl and she really was raped, the shite they have posted about her and her family is exactly one of the reasons why some women don't report rape, even involving a regular guy. A star athlete? I'd think long and hard about just getting on with my life.

No i dont know how she would react. Neither do you. All Im saying is that if a girl was raped and then reported it to the police and had a rape kit performed and then IDed him a few weeks after, I highly doubt they would be hanging out and meeting for lunch.
This occurred last December, before he ever played a single down for FSU. I highly doubt she follows recruiting and knew he was a highly touted player.
