Im not sure if a rape kit can be released to the public... Most likely all we will hear is if it shows she was or wasnt raped.

I haven't heard all of the details about this, been at work. Did Winston or his attorney issue any sort of a denial this week? There was a lot of info about the suspect being 5'09" early on and it seemed that JW's attorney didn't own up to the "consensual sex" until after the DNA was confirmed.

Already posted that. A FSU w/ insider info said they were seen in public together before she gave his name to TPD.
I also believe they had an ongoing relationship (based on what has been posted).

If she didnt go to the police immediately after the event occured, I might believe that. But she did and had the rape kit done right after.
