Actually the tough hill to climb will be proving Winstons innocence. Especially with the whole TPD, Detective, and the lawyer trying to cover this up and keep it hush hush thing.

The DA just got the case a week ago. Honestly with all that's coming out and her still willing to press charges I think he'll be charged. His DNA on her underwear. Her being sober the night in question. Her filing charges merely hours after the alleged rape. Pictures taken of her injuries. Add all that up and that doesn't look good for JW.

Well she had blood tests that showed she was not intoxicated.... and Im guessing part of the rape kit process will be to take pictures of injuries??

her bloodwork said she was sober and anytime a sexual assault victim goes to the hospital their injuries are photographed and recorded for later.
