Very good chance he won't be charged. Imo, it would have already happened. Anyone that deals with sexual assault type cases knows the prosecution already has a beast of a case.
The girl will have multiple stories, Winston will have one and multiple witness affidavits. Pretty tough credibility hill to climb.
