This is Nike telling the NFL, “We’re bigger than you.”

Yeah, you're right. The US market means nothing to Nike or any other corporation.

It’s like people who said they were gonna “move to Canada” if Trump was elected. Umm, no you weren’t. We talk a lot of shite we don’t back up as humans.

Not really the same. Those liberals were never leaving the country. Some crazy righties very well will stick to boycotting a brand. HUGE difference in moving and simply avoiding a brand..

Now I’m not saying it will be a significant amount, but im sure some will back it up. I use to buy Nike, but I no longer do because they heavily support abortion. I’ve stuck to that. If not for that, I’m not sure this would sway me away. Probably not, so maybe you’re somewhat right. Idk.

Whoever conceived this idea and executed it on the biggest stage deserves to be fired, thats just fact unless Phil and the Crew just DGAF about the consumer base at-large and wanna shift to political activism in their business model, is what it is

I don’t see how this is still a thing? Kapernick has turned down offers from NFL teams. The dude WANTS to be unemployed by the NFL so he can continue racking up millions more than he would playing by doing things like this

But of course the fact he could actually make an NFL roster but refuses to do so is swept under the rug

Exactly. The people who will care enough about this to “boycott” weren’t buying their shite in the first place.

that’s quite a blanket statement. Care to elaborate?

Sure. When I think of “NFL boycotter” I don’t think of someone who purchases athletic wear

that’d be as equally ignorant, if not more ignorant, than the people you are eluding to as ignorant for boycotting Nike.

I am stereotyping based on social media. The ones who care deeply about this one way or the other are not the best and brightest.

sounds like you should take a break from social media if you are basing your opinion of a large portion of the country based on the opinion of a few silly people you are friends with on Facebook....
