Iginla should be a hot commodity. So many teams are in contention I feel like assets at the deadline will be at a premium.

Pens whooping up on the Blues 3-0, nice to have Letang back, has always been the Pens key player.
Also, Justin Schultz has 9 goals and 29 assists +30, we got him for a bag of peanuts last year.

This team is even better than last year's team, but we see where that has gotten us. On paper, this team doesn't have any holes, but... we're cursed. Last year proved it. No one in DC wants to go all-in on this team.
Though this is clearly the last year of this roster's window. A lot of contracts are coming up and some guys are going to go get paid. This is the last best chance for the Caps. I'm not even excited, just nervous.

This Auston Matthews fella is pretty good.
St. Louis's defenders are a mess. Good lord. I realize +/- isn't a complete indicator of overall play but the blues top4 D and top GK just give up way too many goals.
