Buffalo taking that timeout and then the refs saying there should be 14 seconds on the clock was wild. The play that they stopped was half way over when the clock was at 14 seconds.

The failed two pointer didn't effect anything because you are just switching out two made extra points for one made two point conversion and one failed two point conversion. Passing on the field goal and pissing on the next field goal attempt are what beat the Colts. Dropping a zillion passes that would have kept drives alive in the first half didn't help either.
