Why would they rig it for the Colts? The NFL clearly didn’t want the game to end like that and tried to find any way to justify letting it stand. I have no idea how they we are able to justify it, but fortunately for them no one will have to publicly.

Not sure what video you saw, the first part of any defender to touch the receiver was that defenders hand, and that very clearly didn't touch the receiver until he was on his feet.
The NFL botched this call tremendously.
