Here's my problem with the idea that Josh Allen is the MVP. All the years before now when Allen hasn't had an MVP season the Bills=AFC East winner, second best team in the AFC. This year with Josh Allen having an MVP season the Bills=AFC East winner, second best team in the AFC.
Meanwhile the Eagles without Barkley last year, win something like one game in the last month and a half of the season. With Barkley, two losses all year, none since late September/early October.
The Bills are the same team they were last year when Allen wasn't the MVP. The Eagles are a different team with Barkley that they were without Barkley.
