The pass wasn't great, but Diggs had Apple lost. The placement put Diggs out of bounds, not Apple.

Allen killing Cincy. They should have had him about 5 times in the backfield and miss every single time. The misses aren't turning into 0 yard gains either...they keep turning into first downs.
