I'll nominate Malcolm Jenkins. Great rookie year but a lot of our problems on defense in the last of his years here made him look like a problem. He's an All Pro now and one of the best defensive players in the league.

Brees

Brees was a promising young QB with SD and was selected to a pro bowl in 2004. Not a bust.

I was going to say Wes Chandler but I looked up his stats and he was actually pretty good for the Saints. I have no idea why they got rid of him

I was a kid back then but was told it was because he wouldn't block.

I know that what I'm saying is fact, but I don't know that it applies to Wes:

A lot of players from the Dick Nolan era were traded because they were cokeheads or because they didn't want to play with a bunch of cokeheads.

Pryor wasn't a bust persay due to draft positron but couldn't make it on a team for 2 years and now is going to get a big time WR money contract. Can't think of many others who have done that.

Going way back to the early 70s Dolphins dynasty. Larry Little washed out with the SAN Diego Chargers and ended up in the HoF. Bob Kuechenberg (who should be in the Hall) got released by the Eagles and had many Pro Bowl seasons for the Fins.

Good point. He was never really given a shot with Falcons. But he's still a much better example than Warner, who wasn't even drafted.
