Adding and extra game after already adding in extra will help tremendously with players safety.
Those 2 preseason game, where half the guys who play get cut was very dangerous.

I'm good with NFL lasting September through February personally.
Give more bye weeks for player rest to offset the extended season.

The NFLPA is in better hands now that DeMaurice Smith is gone. The new leadership appears to be much more competent.
At least now the players are being proactive under the new regime. Instead of getting something forced on them in return for scraps or decreased practice time, they are setting the bar in negotiations.

I agree with this. But to all of the people that always bring up safety and say the owners don't care about the players are ignorant to the facts. You know who also doesn't care about safety? The players, they agreed to all these changes that have been made and will be made in the future and you want to know why? Because they are money whores just like the owners are. If the majority truly believed that safety crap then they would never go along with it.
