I feel like Shreveport needs some serius consideration for an nba team. They have consistently shown up and shown out for major events in the city. I can just imagine an arena right on the water next to tue beautiful golden horeshoe casino. Would bring in some major money to the city too!

lol! I heard Bunkie is getting an NFL team too.

Seattle and Vegas are next. CDMX is a longshot and longer now with their anti outsider riots. No other city on that list deserves a team and Austin is never getting anything, but enjoy their live music.

Plenty of corporate sponsorship in Louisville. Ever heard of Ford, Humana, G.E. Brown Forman Yum! and that package delivery company with 3 letters to name a few?
Of course they can.

I always thought Vegas first team would be NBA, now it will eventually be their last.

If the new team isn't the Supersonics then it's really weak.

Seattle gets it, Dallas relocates to Vegas after the tanking drives away their fans, Dallas gets the 2nd expansion. 3 birds, 2 stones.

It will 100% be the Sonics. 100%

Im going to try to buy season tickets bc they are heckin starved for NBA and ill make some decent bunce.

quote:

That's a classic Karl Pilkington line that Ricky Gervais often repeats: "Bunsen burner, nice little earner, bunce." It plays on the word "bunsen" sounding like "bunce" (money).

Real question will be what is the franchise fee? $2B? 4B?

Would Seattle get the SuperSonics name back? I know the name went to OKC with the franchise move, but has the OKC owner said publicly if he would give Seattle the name back?

Feels like the Movie “ Major League” where the owner is trying to run the team in the ground because she wants to move them. Pelicans never going to win anything
