What a random comparison.

Manchester United won some championships about a decade ago with one of the best defenses in the league and a little help from cheating (spygate) and then never won another championship after they were caught cheating and after their stud defenders retired or were traded?

The Patriots have a 73-19 (79.3% winning pct.) regular-season record under Belichick SINCE the Sypgate game revelation, which includes the entire season Brady missed due to injury. (That record does NOT include the Spygate game itself, which the Patriots won.)

The Patriots had a 70-26 (72.9% winning pct.) record under Belichick BEFORE the Spygate game.(That record excludes Belichick's first year at NE when he went only 5-11.)

72.9% games won before he was "caught" and before everybody in football was monitoring every move they made - improved to 79.3% winning percentage after everyone, including the NFL and the media, have been watching them like a hawk.

Yep, pretty obvious "cheating" was the the only way Belichick and the Pats got to be so successful !

Ummmmm no. They only have a decade of success. I'd have to say if any NFL team is like them it would be the Steelers.
