Yes, this is a little much but I'd rather an owner who cares and is involved versus Gayle Benson just sitting on her bags of money, passing responsibilities off to long-time friends that can't hack it.

She’s been the team’s designated “owner” and representative in league meetings and owner committees for close to a decade after Jim Irsay’s legal troubles and substance abuse issues began causing problems and making headlines.
She’s always worked on the business and marketing side of the organization, but Jim always handled the actual football portion.
Maybe she’s just taking a crash course on football operations now she is in charge of the entire organization.
