The first charge wasn't a flop. He tried to take a charge, took the hit, and fell back. Just because it should have been called a block doesn't mean it was a flop.

I understand. But that's not relevant to right now.
Right now, there is a 300+ school division, and they are a part of it. They were a top team last year and deserved to be in that game.
