The offense has been an abortion so far.

8 point halftime lead for Oregon State feels insurmountable.

Even Oregon St exploiting Loyola’s lack of athletes.

LUC had an ugly first half against Georgia Tech too, and were down by 10. They just need to start hitting some shots. They've missed some gimmes at the rim.

What are you talking about? Cockburn was a stud big.

I said athletic. Not a back to the basket big. Like a Justin Smith or Mobley.

Cockburn is plenty athletic.

Well a top pick like Mobley would work about anybody. Justin Smith is only like 6’6”, so I don’t think they’d really guard him with a true big.

I’ll argue against myself since nobody is pointing out the obvious. Loyola literally triple teamed Cockburn when he got the ball. Moser took him out of the game basically.

Loyola shot 17% in the first half.

I missed tip-off. Did Loyola starters and subs get Corona’d?

I joined the telecast right before half and it appeared Loyola had all five walk-ons in the game at once.

I just got home. Laughing that a team that is days away from knocking off a 1 seed only put up 16 points in a half.

Still not as bad as losing to a 15 that is a bunch of nobodies and they’re 8th fiddle in Tulsa.

Yeah, in a one-on-one game Krutwig would be in trouble, but Loyola is top 5 in defensive efficiency.

It’s not like they’ve never seen an athletic big. Not to mention Krutwig has worked more athletic bigs for two tournaments now.

No burn needed. Just facts. I’m not a Loyola fan or bandwagon jumper

Silva reminds me of Marc Gasol plodding up and down

He can pass can help break the press but don’t ask him to jump or sprint anywhere
