NCAA should allow juniors and seniors automatic eligibility when transferring away from the B1G or PAC12

Schools still have to have scholarships available for potential transfers. I'd guess most teams are full.

Why not?

They seem to be more than willing lately.

As someone already pointed out, schools will need to have the room to take them on though.

Couldn't they all just do what they want and tell the NCAA to pound sand?

2020 is not exactly the year to cite precedence for anything. People make and break rules on the fly so why should college football be any different?

How many players did y'all have opt out last week? You can fill those spots with transfers.

It appears to me that’s what they’re doing already. The NCAA has been noticeably quiet the past 2 days. They don’t want their lack of power exposed.

It's time to ignore the NCAA anyway.

2) there won’t be scholarships available

Student athletes remain on scholarship even after the eligibility is exhausted and that doesn't count against the numbers. Players have retired due to injuries and stay on scholarship, without counting against the numbers.

I only say it won't happen because they are just pushing the season to the spring.
