Getting a young point guard and signing him to a long term deal ... Miami can build the rest through free agency
jesus man
Dragic is 28
I'm guessing you're like 70 and think anything less than 40 is 'young?'

I normally agree w/ you (Lebron aside), but this would be a good deal for Miami.

They would have Bosh, Dragic, and Whiteside under contract when the salary cap balloons to ~90mil. They'd still have like 30 mil to spend.

That's not my argument. It's that they are giving away a bunch of stuff when they can just sign him to a max deal in the summer.

They'd be competing with LA and NY. No guarantee Miami gets him if he hits free agency.

Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA Sources: OKC hasn't committed to Lopez deal, and there's still another center that they've had talks about acquiring: Utah's Enes Kanter.

Enes Kanter would be a much better fit for OKC. But his agent is also insane, and thinks he is an elite NBA player.

I hope the Jazz trade Kanter. I have Gobert on my fantasy team. break out city

My Thunder will be stacked either way with Brook or Enes

Posted on 2/19/15 at 1:29 pm to Nonetheless
I'm still pulling for the Thunder to implode. Then Durant comes to Houston to play with Harden on a sign and trade. NBA Championships for years.

@daldridgetnt Nets, per source, believe that Kevin Garnett will agree to waive no-trade clause and accept deal to MIN for Thad Young. Both teams ready.

I remember when I actually liked KG with the T-Wolves. I even had his shoes.

They cant just sign a player to a max contract when they are over the salary cap. The only way they can get him is by trading for him now. Unless DWade and Deng decline their options.
