Any play where the guy's head goes sprawling back like he got an uppercut from Mike Tyson will be an easy warning/fine. I'm glad they are doing this.

This is brilliant and about 15 years overdue. However, if they don't call out the superstars too, it will look even worse for the NBA than before.
