It's because, no matter what the press tells you, the FDA "full approval" of these vaccines are still not fully approved because they did not eliminate the experimental protections on their products. That rule is how they were able to get them in use in the first place. It's also why the public figures who are shilling for pharamecuetcal companies are so vehemently outspoken against Ivermectin, HCQ, etc., because the experimental tag and lawsuit protections can only be applied if there is no "reasonable medical alternative" to treating a disease or virus, which the product is intended to fight.

There has also been zero talk or indication that the experimental drug protections will ever get removed, either. I mean, you can't have class action lawsuits in 15 years for hundreds of billions if it turns out millions died or had adverse affects to your drug now can we?

Unless the Federal gov't ever removes those protections, Big Pharma is basically invulnerable at this point as far as new virus treatments are concerned.

They have been but the owners are who's benefiting the most. Every local market runs ads for getting vaccinated and wearing masks and they are being paid by state health departments and CDC. Teams are also partnered with a local hospitals who just happened to increase ad spending too although this can be seen much more during local news broadcasts.

Player salaries aren't effected as much as the organizations are and more will likely start questioning when this ends. Since more players have gotten the virus they will likely bring up natural immunity and if they just show present antibodies when the rules kick in they can turn opinion around and in their favor.
