Kind of fitting it ends with a Conley miss.

More fitting would've been completely bricking it. But the good defensive play followed by very stupid run out by Denver was also fitting.

Blew a layup that was pretty open, still shouldn't have taken it.

That was a wild ending, Spida is gonna be kicking himself for that turnover. Sucks the season had to end like that.

On the other hand, there was a number of questionable possessions at the end where Conley had the ball in his hands the entire time. Donovan has got to demand the ball in those situations, but at the same time he already looked pretty gassed out there.

Great series. Hopefully Denver can manage to stay competitive with the Clippers.

I feel bad for people that don’t enjoy the NBA. Great series

Yeah, that entire series was great from beginning to end. That's some of the best basketball I've seen in a while with great offensive games as well as great defensive games like we saw tonight in Game 7.

That was like the Gordon Hayward shot against Duke.

that's a really good comparison

I wish there was a wide shot so I could see where Mitchell was when Rudy got that board. He had to be all alone down there, right?

It’s a shame really. Especially the games these guys have given us in the unconventional Bubble setting with 0 crowd atmosphere

I really hate that Torrey Craig got bailed out.
You should have to pay for that kind of stupidity.

Mason Plumlee is down there with him, but by the time he comes into the picture, Plumlee is in the middle of the key and Mitchell is at the elbow three opposite the side Conley is on.

You'd need a baseline view to see if Plumlee just didn't shift over due to the play. At the very least he's out there with a hand in Mitchell's face if Gobert goes straight to him

gotcha, thanks

Plumlee probably assumed his teammates were going to milk the clock and get fouled like every other team who has ever played basketball would, so he was taking his time getting back
