Toronto v Washington- Toronto in 5.
Boston v Milwaukee- Boston in 6, though MIL can push a game 7.
Philly v Miami- Philly in 6.
Cleveland v Pacers- Cleveland in 4.
Houston v Minnesota - Houston in 4. MIN’s defense is garbage and only way I see MIN winning a single game is if they can get stops.
Warriors v Spurs - Dubs in 4.
Portland v New Orleans - Portland in 7.
OKC vs Utah - Utah in 7
The first round is going to have a lot of exciting games imo. I feel most of these matchups will be very competitive even if the series ends in less than 6 or 7 games.

quote:The poster you responded to was saying that they were 4-0 in the regular season and won the games by an average of 15 points.
I never said that
I just said I wouldn't be shocked if the TWolves make it a long series.
I fully expect the Rockets to advance though.
You responded by saying the playoffs are different.
If you are saying the Wolves could make it a long series in the playoffs, you're obviously saying that it being the playoffs gives the Wolves an edge, or that they are more of a playoff team than the Rockets.
Otherwise, why would the playoffs be different?

What is a prediciton?
Posted on 4/12/18 at 7:59 pm to ReauxlTide222
Just getting back to check this one. Reuxly. There is 8 scenarios.
Each team can win in 4 5 6 or 7. If I pick 2 that is 25%. Not 50%.
Unless you assume pdx wins. In that case, yes. I picked 50%.

Love Lillard man. I hope it's a good series with no injuries. If it gets to 7 I think you guys win. Hopefully the Pels can steal a game in the first two. Dame vs. Jrue will be must see tv.

More time to prepare, Thibs & Jimmy & Taj all have big game playoff experience, Towns is the 2nd or 3rd best big man in basketball, and honestly when Jimmy Butler is playing, the Wolves defense slowly improved throughout the year, until he got hurt.
Houston ain't gonna shoot lights out in every game. I say Houston has 2 bad shooting games, Wolves get a boost from their crowd which will be nuts for the playoffs, and they'll take 2 from the Rockets.

They pull this off and I will have too much irrational confidence and turn into the Pels version of Boom, except for the being retarded part.

You can maybe count on one hand In league history the teams who have won 42 of 44 like that.
You think its even slightly possible that there are more than 5 teams in NBA history that have one 42 of 44 with Chris Paul, James Harden, and Clint Cappela?
haha...cause thats literally the "like that" that you specified.

It’s funny because he mixed up the “t” and the “i”.
Brilliant.

Appreciate the kind words
I fully expect AD to average 40ppg on the series. Our only big that can match him physically is Nurkic and he’d be in foul trouble or gassed within 15 minutes, whichever comes first.
