I only watch during playoffs.
Which I really do enjoy for what it's worth
Only regular season game I watch is Christmas day

Enjoyed watching Durant for years while he was in OKC. Just a shame that a guy of his caliber joined an already incredible team like GSW. That still stuns me.

Good I hate it. Super teams have ruined the sport
okay when one of the 4 or 5 globetrotters play each other or one of the 25 Washington Generals
not good the mass of games with washington generals playing each other
There are over 20 teams with no chance and not heading toward having one anytime soon either

Until other teams like New Orleans, Sacramento, Orlando, etc. actually have a chance then it will continue to drop.
Only 2-3 teams can legit win the title the last 7-8 years, maybe longer. Until all teams have an equal chance like in the 80’s-90’s then this will continue to happen

Warriors are struggling like they never have since the dynasty started. Of course, the "I don't watch the NBA" wouldn't know it, but that won't let them be stopped from telling you what's wrong with the NBA at the
Sounds like you don't watch much nba

Even if you have a young superstar on your team, you know it's only a matter of time before he demands a trade or some shite.
Last year the Pels were fun as shite to watch. But since AD signed with Rich Paul, I know it's over. It's like having a girlfriend you know is going to break up with you. And not only will she break up with you, she's going to start dating the one mother fricker in the world you hate the most.
frick the NBA. frick their super teams. And frick all their super teams to come.

Nba is pretty ghetto overall. Very drama filled. Reminds me of wwe.

Who watches the NBA before Christmas day? The NBA needs to start on Christmas and run into July. It would make the most born sports month much more enjoyable.

You mean the 80s where the Lakers or Celtics won all but 2 of the championships?
Or the 90s where one player dominated the league?

The NBA is begging for contraction. Cut it down to 24 teams, top 4 on both sides make the playoffs. 64 game regular season, no back to backs. Would make college ball better as well, with 6 less teams fricking up the draft.

Basketball’s talent pool is bigger than ever. The NBA has no reason to prop up college ball, when the G-League becomes fully optimized with the next CBA, elite talent will again skip arachic college ball.
The NBA is more likely to expand than any of the Big 3 major American sports.

Huh? Orlando had been in the Finals within the last decade. And San Antonio has been a perennial contender.
The frick are you talking about?

Well, right the overall play, generally speaking, is bad. Just look at the Celtics. They are a good example of poor league play right now, especially compared to last season at this time. Too many teams are working with their rosters to find out who they are and what they can do. Besides, like everyone said, it's November.

The Celtics might be playing poorly but the quality of play in the NBA isn’t down from last year.
If anything, there is more parity-something the board loves so much, than in awhile.
What most fail to realize, even with parity a best of seven playoff format typically shows the best team winning.
It’s November, Eastern Conference doesn’t have “appointment” viewing from a national audience perspective, yet.
The NBA is in a very healthy position, regardless of if one knows who’s “going to win” (the back to back champs are in disarray).
Half the Super Bowls have been won by a handful of teams.
100s of college basketball and football teams don’t win every year.
Baseball is largely defined by blue blood franchies.
Let’s stop pretending it’s a problem for the NBA.
Audiences love dynasties, name brands.
If the Bucks and Thunder hit the NBA finals this year, the NBA haters will still find something to bitch about.

Cool, then we can have 34 teams tanking every year instead of just 26.
