The Spurs have been toying with Memphis the whole Series. They can and I believe will beat the Warriors. (If they play).

They have been doing this all season. They don't out score you by 20 in the first quarter like the Warriors. They will out score you by 4 or 5 a quarter. And by the end of the game, you look up and you are down by 20.

Warriors Spurs would/will be a great series. Should go 6 or 7 games.

Tony Parker has been struggling like hell to shake loose a guy we got from the DLeague a few weeks ago. That would be my only real worry so far if I'm the Spurs.

Hard to take anything from this series.

I guess I would also worry about how the Grizzlies going small (with an obviously less talented roster than GS) has provided them with a decent amount of success.

I'm nervous about GS/Spurs if it happens. Spurs are just so clinical, and the dubs will have 2 games where they turn the ball over way too much.

Not too worried. Pop is still tinkering. Remember 2 years ago the Mavs took the Spurs to 7 in the first round. Spurs then destroyed everybody on the way to a title.

Yeah like I said it is really hard to try to take anything meaningful from this series.

GS has to hope they can push the pace and force SA out of their methodical approach.

Good news is, they can. Question is, can they do it for an entire series?

Spurs on the other hand will have to be as efficient as possible. Also hard to do against a team that makes you pay for miscues as dearly as GS does.

Not sure we will ever see a player like Diaw again. Just can do so much.

Yeah he does.

But Anderson has a pretty versatile skill set himself. 6'9, can dribble really well, nice vision and passing ability, rebounder, etc. I think he can become that utility, do it all type player for San Antonio in the future... Just like Diaw is now.

Yes. Same style of game. Impressed with his development. Wasn't sure how Slow-Mo would adapt to NBA speed, but he's coming along swimmingly.

ive said it for months and have been laughed at, but ill say it again.... the Spurs are not only the best team in the NBA, they are a top 5 team of all time.

they will beat Golden State with a limping Curry and a week to rest.
