quote:Of what? That MJ guys don’t know any more about basketball than LeBron fans? Nobody needs proof of that. It’s just clear to anyone.
What proof do you have
That LeBron is better than Jordan at basketball? I can’t prove that.
Y’all are the ones who love Any bc he plays like Jordan. Has the killer mentality. And is a dog.
I think you’re right. And i also think Minn would be much better if he didn’t play like Jordan. I don’t think it works all that well outside of the shitty eta Jordan won in.

This is exactly what I mean. By statement
- straw man
- unsupported claim
- hypocritical false claim
- exposing yourself of false claim and hypocricy
Again you make no arguments, you just make up unsupported allegations and straw men.

First time I saw him was 2018 at the PMAC. Kentucky had a great freshman class but the headliners were Vanderbilt, Knox and Washington. SGA didn’t even begin the season as a starter, they were playing Quade Green at PG to start. Well SGA started that night and it was easy to tell who the real star on that roster was.

I’ve watched him for some years and its amazing the growth he’s had. What impressed me is he’s a good person too.
When traded from Clippers to Thunder he could have rejected it or not embraced it. Yet he came in and said all the right things from day 1.
He had to go thru transition from OKC making playoffs to a basic tank type team. Always kept working.
He said he wanted to become best ever. Said he wanted to bring a title to OKC. Never once has he even hinted at wanting out and said he loved it here. Said he could see himself playing all his years here.
For a small market team thats music to our ears. He’s cemented himself in the community.
On the court he got help from Presti and saw his vision. Was patient during rebuild. Now he won MVP and on cusp of making title series.
He’s really fun to watch if anyone would spend time they’d know he’s a special talent. He could score so much more but has a knack for getting his yet making sure everyone gets theirs - not easy to do.
OKC broke so many scoring records he never played in so many 4th quarters. Else his stats would be way up there. And he doesn’t care, just wants to win.
A tradition locally is during playoffs when they return fans go out to airport to greet players. After Mon night game they got back here at 3am. Fans were there and SGA and rest came out to greet them. He could easily just skip that yet he made time.
As our only pro sport they get top billing and don’t compete with other sports like NFL, MLB, NHL, MSL, or any other pro sports. Its a very unique thing and works well here. City is spending over $1B to build a new arena, will be ready for 2028 season. He will have a big imprint on that especially if they win title this year

I’ve been to OKC many times during basketball season. It’s a very cool atmosphere, a college feel to it.

Bro what?
We haven’t actually talked about it yet. You just throw a fit right off the bat.
You replied to what amounts to my hypothesis. And we never get farther than that because you do, this.

No you made multiple false claims and accusations. Backpedaling now doesn’t erase your posts.

Wild stats
The players that have gone through OKC in 17 years is wild.
4 MVPs (3 won there)
10 of the last 16 scoring champs played there
7 of them won with OKC.
5 conference finals
2* NBA Finals(with one more win)
The team has only existed for 17 years

In all sincerity, can you do us a favor and stop spamming OKC stuff? This is just a general discussion of the NBA playoffs. Reddit has a dedicated Thunder sub with live game threads if you want to homer it up with your fellow fans.

Caruso is so damn good
Well worth trading Giddy. Giddy will be good but wasn’t ready for this team

That was an excellent trade for both teams

Gotta level with you dude, I agree with him 100%. I don’t blame you for being excited about our boys kicking arse but very few people here care about most of this stuff. shite we could even have a dedicated Thunder thread for this stuff elsewhere on the MSB… but this is for the playoffs, not all things OKC.
