Houston's problem has been no secret all year, they struggle to score in the half court.
They need shooters. Put consistent shooters around Sengun and run the offense through him. Maybe Sheppard will show he can contribute next year. If so, add another shooter and they're good.

Basketball is way easier to predict than baseball. NBA is not turned-based like baseball is. Furthermore, opposing teams can directly control what a hitter does (by IBB).
