It wasn't pretty but that game was a helluva scrap.

Kahwi and James are so nonchalant at all times it is infuriating

Great game. I was supposed to fly out to Denver to be there in person but bailed. Really, really fricking regret that now

Jim and Chris were playing a close game against the Warriors in the playoffs and Chris was trying to get Jim hyped and I'll never forget the lack of caring in Jim's eyes.

quote:Russ always did play hard, but this Westbrook isn't the young Westbrook, and that is the Westbrook the Nuggets need. If they had that Westbrook, my money would be on them to win it all. Yeah, if the Nuggets had the unstoppable Westbrook that played with OKC in his prime years. It would be fun to watch him play with Joker and sharpshooter Murray because his all out attack the goal game would fit them well.
His only fit is that he's a dog that plays hard, which they do need.

Yea sure you could say that about any former MVP that is now over the hill in regards to their skills. But talking about here right now, the Nugs roster is pretty soft outside of Jokic and Gordon. And they need his fire.
There’s so many things wrong with this roster, looking at you MPJ, but Russ giving it his all is not one of them. bullshite 3’s be damned, at least the dude follows his shot and maybe gets an offensive rebound off his miss. He plays hard, that’s all I got.
