Well when I lay out the bet in my original post and he agrees to it. That's the bet. The all -time stuff he added later wasn't ever part of it. he should pay and take this as a lesson. Kinda like when your teacher tells you to read the Instructions before taking a test and you do something the instructions say not to do. And you get penalized for it.
