Also lol at calling him a 3 and D guy. 1.5 3s per game. Absolute fire from beyond the arc.
he's not a 3&D guy yet. But he has the potential to be that guy. He shot 44-45% from corner 3s, which the pelicans offense set up a lot.
He shoots FTs at 83.1%, so his shot isn't broken, but he needs to start working on his 3pt shot a lot more. He's a guy who can become a Bazemore, Carroll.
Carroll had one season of "36.8 3pt%" on 1 attempt a game before the age of 27. When he was 27, he had his first "starting year" shot 3.7 attempts, hit 36.2%, and he's always been a 72% ft shooter.

if the hawks did all this bullshite today just to trade millsip they've pretty much wasted everyone's time. Millosip is the heart and soul of that team they would be plump fools to trade him. really would let Horford walk if it mean giving up Koover as well you need someone to stretch the floor

It's also possible they get rid of Tiago and Thabo to resign Al and keep Millsap

Yep just read that. It's very doable. What a waste Splitter was. Someone take that guy.

If anyone can give Asik a run for worst contract in the league, it's Tiago. Is he in the final year of his contract yet?

Utah agrees to terms with Joe Johnson on a two-year, $22 million deal, per league source.
Per David Aldridge

I lol'd so hard when the spurs gave him that absurd deal.
Very out of character.

He did show a bit of life last season

actually, this upcoming year is the last for Splitter's deal.
still bothers me that instead of grabbing a SF with the cap room they had after Demarre left that the Hawks instead took Splitter and helped the Spurs get Aldridge. at least make Pop come off a future 1st/ young prospect.
